Hi! I'm Kyle Cooper, the founder of BLINK. Since 2011, I've created unique chocolate barks for the sole purpose of making people's eyes shine. My philosophy is that: chocolate enhances smiles, pleasure and simple yet memorable moments with our family and friends.
BLINK barks are crafted from a 68% dark Belgian chocolate - an excellent base to all my creations. Each bark is hand-topped, hand-filled and hand-packaged without use of automation or mass production machinery. I like to refer to them as snowflakes – each one is unique, one of a kind and full of surprises offering a sensual chocolate taste experience.
